2 – 3’s Blog

The children had lots of fun weighing and measuring the ingredients to make bread. They used fine motor and gross motor skills to mix and knead the bread mixture.

This promoted lots of conversation about how it felt, they used words like soft, sticky, watery and wet.

The children took turns well and moulded the bread dough into hedgehog buns. They were very excited to see them cooked and ready to take home.
